What "beta" means for you.
- The app may change without prior notice.
- Features can be modified or removed.
- Data may be lost due to bugs, crashes or technical errors.
- No guarantee is given regarding availability or data retention.
What you log stays yours.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. ROXStats is not responsible for:
- Incorrectly entered PRs or scores.
- Training decisions.
- Physical consequences of sport.
- Injuries or health complaints.
Do not use the app as medical or professional sports advice.
Sport carries risk. We do not.
Sport carries inherent risks. ROXStats provides only a logging and insights tool and is not liable for injuries, overtraining or any other damages.
One invite, one person.
If the invitation or access system is used:
- Abuse (such as resale, mass sharing or automation) is not allowed.
- In case of abuse, access can be terminated without warning.
What we cannot insure against.
To the extent permitted by law, ROXStats is not liable for:
- Data loss.
- Indirect damages.
- Damages caused by app unavailability.
You can walk away any time.
You can delete your account at any time. In case of abuse, access may be terminated by the administrator.
